Our Data Science Team helps spark innovation by using advanced techniques to improve how we work and make decisions. We collaborate closely with teams across the business, from technology to transformation, to explore data and uncover valuable insights. As a Senior Data Products Analyst, you'll team up with the Data Science Manager and other leaders, as well as partner with customer-focused teams. Your role will involve analysing performance data, creating easy-to-understand reports, sharing smart recommendations, and helping to design and test new data solutions.

Contract Type: Full-Time and Permanent

Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable and a hybrid way of working with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify opportunities to use data to test hypotheses, deliver insight and drive decision-making that leads to process improvement and adds value.
  • Collaborate with Data Science Leads, Analysts, and Product Owners to drive data-driven changes.
  • Design and implement systems that integrate predictive models to optimize performance.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in a senior data analyst role.
  • Experience analysing large datasets and translating findings into business insights.
  • A deep understanding of applied statistical techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving and performance improvement mindset.
  • Advanced skills in analytical tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau and DataBricks.
  • Understanding of an additional programming language like Python, R, VBA is desirable.
