Learning Coach Program Manager
12-Month Contract
Location: London
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead the delivery of a high-impact learning coach program across Germany, Italy, and France.
In this role, you’ll join a dynamic, cross-functional team dedicated to supporting educators through a global technology integration coaching initiative. You’ll manage the rollout of the program, coordinate with international teams, and ensure a seamless experience for participants—all while working in a fast-paced, creative environment where quality and innovation are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of a professional learning coach program in Germany, Italy, and France.
- Manage candidate enrolment, experience, and support using a variety of internal tools and systems.
- Coordinate a team of professional learning specialists to deliver live training sessions.
- Collaborate with content teams to align learning materials with program objectives.
- Ensure program quality, legal compliance, and ethical standards are upheld.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in German; proficiency in Italian and/or French is a strong plus.
- 4+ years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for customer-facing communications.
- Proficiency in productivity and presentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processors, slide decks).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and act on program metrics.
- Detail-oriented, decisive, and proactive in problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with educational technology and its application in classroom settings.
