We are looking for a Country Lead who will play a key role in shaping our development and growth trajectory in new markets. You will lead on-site operations. The role requires a driven, ambitious person committed to continuous learning and delivering high performance in a fast-paced environment. This translates to our company culture and this role requires the candidate to be in the office five days a week at our London HQ.

Website & Content Localisation

  • Identify and flag broken HTML, layout issues, and content gaps.
  • Review content (e.g., event listings), ensuring it’s to the highest standard - reads naturally and that the platform reflects local norms and expectations.

Creative & Marketing Input

  • Review and provide input on localised SEO content, paid ads, and campaign copy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging with local tone and culture.
  • Assist in localising homepage banners or special campaigns as needed.

Monitor customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Support relationships with local partners, including sports clubs, venues, and event organisers.
  • Sense-check new events going live in the territory for local relevance and accuracy.

Operational Management

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with local freelancers or employees, such as designers, photographers, or customer service representatives, as needed.

Feed back insights on how the market is responding to product, content, and campaigns. Fluent in English and a combination of two other languages β€” Spanish, French, Italian, or German β€” both written and spoken. Possess a strong understanding of the market dynamics and cultural nuances of the countries where the language is spoken.
