Join us as Store Manager at our flagship Ambleside store, nestled in the heart of the Lake District. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a trusted and expanding outdoor retail group with a loyal customer base and a passionate, knowledgeable team.

As part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group, which includes Runners Need and Snow+Rock, we provide a premium range of outdoor clothing, equipment, and expert services all with a strong focus on sustainability.

  • Manage all store operations including stock control, banking, and compliance
  • Drive store performance through analysis of KPIs and sales metrics
  • Recruit and onboard new team members with help from our People Team

Proven experience managing a retail store, including budget management, planning, and operations

Energy, passion, and a genuine love for the outdoors

Confidence in managing KPIs and driving commercial success

Competitive salary of £29,000–£30,000 plus up to £4,250 annual bonus
