They are looking to hire a Commercial Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

As a commercial tendering specialist, you will be key in assisting the business’s Directors with creating strong proposals across various business sectors. Using your industry technical expertise in PLC/SCADA control systems and tendering processes, you will contribute to developing clear and professional proposals that meet the business’s clients' needs and expectations.
They are offering a competitive salary of up to c£55,000 per annum D.E for the position alongside a generous benefits package which includes paid overtime, flexible working, birthdays off, sick pay, pension contribution, and an onsite gym membership.
- Track tender portals for new opportunities and keep the CRM system up to date
- Take charge of preparing tenders for smaller projects, including cost estimates, timelines, and proposals
- Generate and deliver monthly and yearly sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of data
- Manage client communications, oversee sales documentation, and organize sales materials like case studies and testimonials
Considerable experience in tendering for complex automation and control system solutions.
Previous technical experience working with PLCs, SCADA and HMI systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office package including Word, Excel, and Project.
