International law firm at the forefront of legal innovation is seeking to hire a fully remote Document Production Specialist to provide accurate, professional, and efficient document production services support across the UK, European and International offices.
Fully Remote
Two shifts available: 09:30-17:30 and 10:00-18:00

This full-time, fully remote role will be responsible for delivering the highest level of service to internal clients through timely responses to enquiries, quick and accurate turnaround of tasks, clear, informative, and open two-way communication with a desire and ability to provide solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Transcribe, create, rebrand, format, and amend emails, correspondence, attendance and meeting notes, documents, reports, billing narratives and mail merges
- Prepare electronic engrossments, to include all ancillary documentation and diagrams, and electronically date and sign documents
- Create and amend PowerPoint / Visio / Jigsaw presentations, organisational and structure charts, step diagrams and family trees
- Create marketing documentation such as team sheets, seminar slides and pitch documents
- Support with complex work for example pivot charts, graphs, data formulas in excel documents, Visio and jigsaw organisational structure charts and step diagrams
- Create, format, amend and rebrand the Firm’s template and precedent library (containing over 40,000 documents)
- Prepare and amend forms using Evo and Lexis Smart Forms
- Previous document production experience gained within a law firm environment across various practice areas
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience of using BigHand
- An understanding of Visio and Jigsaw is required
- Knowledge of the capabilities of Adobe Pro and an understanding of Definely Proof
