My leading FinTech client are looking to scale the Trade Surveillance team based in London. We are looking for people with a strong work ethic and some experience in the Trade and Market Surveillance domain. This role is tailored for a recent graduate wanting to step into the FinTech space at Junior Analyst level. If you have had 6 months to 1 year of experience in Investment Banking or a Trade Surveillance Vendor covering the following areas below, then this could be perfect for you:

  • Trade monitoring experience
  • Surveillance system exposure e.g. Nice Actimize, SMARTS or similar
  • Desire to learn and expand knowledge across MAR, VAR and Trade Surveillance
  • Good system analyst and investigation experience
  • Experience dealing with the FCA

Other essential skills needed:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Excel formulas and macros would be a huge plus
