Are you ready to build your future? My client is a leading construction consultancy with a robust pipeline and a passionate team. We’re on the lookout for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help them deliver exciting projects from £500k to £20m.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in crafting accurate cost estimates and budgets.
- Support procurement of subcontractors and materials.
- Monitor project finances and keep costs in check.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and variations.
- Assist with valuations and final accounts.
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- 1-2 years’ experience (placement year counts).
- Strong numerical skills and analytical mindset.
- Familiarity with construction methods and technology.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of industry software is a plus.
- Full UK driving license preferred.
