Senior Associate, Performance

The Client: We are working with a leading Investment Bank and Financial Advisory firm in energy transition that is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join their team in London. Own complex financial models (DCF, LBO) and capital structuring
Incorporate commercial levers (e.g. repowering, colocation, ancillary markets) into models
Due Diligence & Legal
Manage all due diligence streams (Technical, Legal, Tax, Financial)
Coordinate with external advisors and support legal negotiations
4+ years of experience in investment banking, investment management, consulting, or financial advisory—ideally including renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance transactions.
~ Demonstrated experience in leading projects and managing junior colleagues within deal teams.
~ Willingness to travel often at short notice.
