As a key member of the team, you will advise a diverse and high-profile client base spanning the media, music, technology, theatre, and publishing industries. The team is frequently engaged in a broad range of complex and high-value transactions, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Venture capital and investment deals
  • Private equity transactions
  • Sales and acquisitions of artist catalogues and IP assets

You will play a central role in managing transactions from inception to completion, working closely with clients and colleagues across the firm. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s strategic growth through active participation in business development and client relationship management.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Proven track record in handling a wide range of corporate transactions, ideally within a private practice environment
  • Experience advising clients in the media and entertainment sectors is beneficial but not essential
