Excellent permanent opportunities! We are looking for Class 2 Drivers with great customer service skills for our client - a trusted source for wholesale food and beverage supplies - these roles are offered on a permanent basis.
Staffline is recruiting Class 2 Drivers in Colchester. The rate of pay is £16.07 per hour. This is a full-time role 40-48 hours per week on fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- Start time between 4am - 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Class 2 Driver your duties include:
- Ensuring you complete your daily vehicle checks
- Carrying out up to 25 drops per day - delivering the goods to the customer's door - this will involve handballing goods off and into the premises
- Building great relationships with your customers - your customers will be restaurants/bars/bistros/wine bars/cafes/shops
- Completing all deliveries
- Following company policies and procedures
- Complying with all EU tachograph and WTD regulations
Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect worker will have a friendly personality and great customer service skills. You will be physically fit and able. A Full LGVC Class 2 license, driver CPC and valid tachograph card are required. Experience in a similar role is required.
