Chapman Tate are working in partnership with a leading Managed Services Provider who are looking to appoint a Pre-Sales Engineer with a robust background in Cisco technologies. This is a key customer-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on designing, scoping, and presenting enterprise-grade network solutions to diverse clients across the M4 Corridor.
What You'll Bring:
- A solid Pre-Sales background within the IT infrastructure space.
- Deep expertise in Cisco technologies – including:
- Cisco Catalyst Networks
- SD-WAN
- Meraki
- VPN Solutions
- Cisco DNAC (Digital Network Architecture Center)
Your Role Will Involve:
- Partnering with account managers to deliver pre-sales technical support and consultancy.
- Engaging with clients to understand business needs and craft tailored network solutions.
- Producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
- Acting as a technical advisor on Cisco solutions, particularly around security and SD-WAN.
- Collaborating with engineering teams post-sale to ensure smooth delivery.
