I am working with my client – a motor finance company, based in Swindon to seek a Collections Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers in arrears to understand their situation, offering tailored solutions in line with FCA guidelines. Handle sensitive customer interactions with empathy and compassion, ensuring vulnerable customers are treated with care. Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, demonstrating a strong understanding of FCA guidelines for financial services. About You: Proven experience in debt collection within financial services or another FCA-regulated business. Excellent telephone manner, coupled with a high degree of empathy and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of FCA regulations, especially regarding the treatment of vulnerable customers in arrears. Flexibility to commute to our Swindon office 3-4 times a week (full-time office attendance expected for the first couple of weeks). Initial contract duration of 6 months , with consideration for shorter assignments. Why Join the team?
