We are seeking a highly organized Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our Directors.
- Office Management: Manage weekly food orders and office supplies. Coordinate maintenance for office equipment. Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment. Liaise with external suppliers (cleaners, water, etc.). Act as front of house for interviews, training sessions, and client visits.
- Provide administrative support to the Directors, including managing calendars and travel arrangements. Assist the Managing Director with ad-hoc tasks (e.g., dry cleaning, post office).
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organize social events for the team. Plan monthly and quarterly incentives, creating itineraries.
