Working Hours: Flexible, happy to discuss Full Time or Part Time. Our current team works Mon-Thurs 9-5, Fri 9-4 with a 1-hour lunch break.
Brothers are a family run Office Furniture company, based in Reading, Berkshire. We offer delivery & installation throughout the UK, carried out by our own teams.
We’re currently rebuilding our website and looking to expand our marketing efforts in-house. We currently SEO our website and run some basic Adwords. We’re looking to start sending regular emails, social media posts, and improve and keep up to date our website content.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic & self-motivated individual to join our team. Must have previous experience in marketing, covering all the areas below, as no training will be provided (we can discuss additional outsourced training if it’s something you’re interested in).
The role will generally include the following:
- Photographing & Uploading Stock: We have our own photo studio, where you will be required to picture all incoming stock. Previous photography experience required. Products would then need uploading to our WooCommerce site, writing SEO friendly Product Titles, Descriptions etc.
- Social Media: Creating & posting content to all platforms, helping us build a larger following to build our brand.
- Email: Putting together an effective strategy, creating emails with our latest products & offers for mass distribution, helping drive sales to new & existing customers.
- Website Content: Generally improving content across the site, writing text with the help of AI, product descriptions, creating images, banners & infographics, helping improve conversions & SEO etc.
Experience with software such as or similar to Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, Hootsuite, Mailchimp etc is ideal. Experience/confidence in researching & writing good product titles & descriptions required. Experience/confidence in setting up and running an effective email marketing strategy required. Experience/confidence in setting up and running an effective social media marketing strategy required. Experience in photography with DSLR & studio flash required.
We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, motivated and able to complete a task. As we grow, we’re happy to discuss progression and maybe developing a small marketing team.
