Your Role as a Senior Paraplanner:

  • This role is a blend of high-level technical expertise and team development, ensuring that both client outcomes and Paraplanner progression are prioritised.
  • Conducting and reviewing complex financial research across investments, pensions, protection, and estate planning.
  • Preparing and reviewing technical suitability reports and financial planning recommendations.
  • Supporting high-net-worth and complex financial planning cases.
  • Overseeing the quality of work produced by junior Paraplanners, providing technical guidance and feedback.
  • Mentoring and coaching Trainee and Junior Paraplanners, supporting their professional growth.
  • Assisting in shaping processes, research methodologies, and training programmes for the Paraplanning team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4 Qualified) – Chartered Status or working towards it is a plus.
  • Experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA or Wealth Management firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge in investments, pensions, tax planning, and protection.
