We’re on the hunt for a Product led Consultant with deep CRO expertise and a strong ecommerce background to a disruptive and fast growing affiliate marketing focused client of ours. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, UX, and experimentation – someone who doesn’t just run A/B tests but drives strategic growth through continuous optimisation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and lead the conversion optimisation roadmap across the ecommerce funnel → checkout → retention.
- Design, prioritise, and run high-velocity A/B tests to drive revenue and improve user experience.
- Combine quantitative (SQL, GA, Mixpanel) and qualitative (surveys, heatmaps, user testing) insights to identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing to bring ideas to life and measure what matters.
- Build a culture of data-led experimentation and continuous learning.
What You Bring:
- Min 5 years in product or growth roles, with a laser focus on CRO in ecommerce.
- Track record of lifting conversion rates and key funnel metrics through testing and insight-led UX improvements.
- Full-stack approach from data analysis and hypothesis generation to test execution and impact tracking.
- Hands-on with tools like Optimizely, VWO, AB Tasty, Hotjar, GA, FullStory, and comfortable with SQL.
