Are you an administrator looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for supporting colleagues' career development or have insight within Learning & Development? Here at Marston Holdings, our Early Careers Department is seeking a new coordinator, reporting to the Early Careers Manager. You will be supporting our apprentices, graduates, internships and work placements on their learning journey. We are seeking an individual with a keen interest in developing their skills and knowledge within the Early Careers sector. If you have a proactive approach and can effectively promote Early Careers to both internal and external stakeholders, we want you to be a vital part of our Talent and Reward Team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing and processing Expressions of Interest for early careers opportunities
- Coordinating information, advice, and guidance sessions with stakeholders
- Accurately recording and monitoring learner data, including achievements and early leavers
- Tracking learner progress, highlighting concerns and celebrating successes
- Compiling and presenting monthly progress reports
- Organising early careers community events (virtual and in-person)
- Supporting recruitment for apprenticeships, internal upskilling, and career development
- Promoting early careers initiatives both internally and externally
- Sharing success stories and contributing to recognition efforts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools, colleges, and universities
- Supporting and attending national Early Careers events
What We Are Looking For:
- Full UK driving licence required, with occasional travel to our Birmingham, Rochdale, and London offices, as well as to external events and engagements.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Eye for detail
- Self-motivated and able to prioritise workload
- Efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Nuance PDF
