Optimus Search is looking for an incredibly ambitious Senior/Principal Life Sciences Recruiter to join our growing, high-performing team. This role sits within our highly successful Life Sciences division, where we work with some of the most exciting companies across Europe. You’ll have the opportunity to engage with key decision-makers—CEOs, Directors, and industry leaders—at the forefront of the Life Sciences sector.
An experienced recruiter with in-depth knowledge of the Life Sciences market (Automation Engineering & CAPEX, Manufacturing, Bioprocess & Supply, Quality, Regulatory & Scientific, Biometrics). You have a strong internal drive and hustle – in the environment we’ve built at Optimus, you will excel. You have a proven business development process, with a track record of winning your own clients and building lasting relationships. You’re passionate about Life Sciences and committed to staying involved in the community and industry.
