Are you a motivated 2-6 year PQE Property Litigation Solicitor looking to carve a niche for yourself in this dynamic, exciting industry within a respected team? Our well-regarded Property Litigation team is dedicated to achieving the highest levels of service and client satisfaction and offer considerable experience at all levels.
The team advise on all Property related disputes and you will assist with a varied caseload with high-value and complex disputes relating to the use and occupation of land including real property disputes such as restrictive covenants, trespass, easements and landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, breach of covenant, rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues.
Naturally, you will have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You will also need to be excited about business development.
