Registered Nurse Nights

As a Registered Nurse, you\’ll be responsible for managing a defined area of the home, with the authority and accountability to make care decisions. Your duties include: Coordinating the daily operations of your care area Providing personal care to residents Leading and guiding the care team Managing routine medication administration and supervising the care team during this process Responding to emergency situations You will serve as a named nurse for individual residents, focusing on their needs assessments and personal care plans, reviewing these bi-monthly in accordance with Signature policy. Developing strong relationships with residents to involve them in care decisions and ensuring documentation is accurate and current are also key responsibilities. You will act as a role model and mentor to the care team, sharing your expertise to uphold the highest standards of care.
