Are you an experienced Account Manager with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing who enjoys working with B2C and B2B clients across a variety of sectors? We could have the perfect opportunity for you!

Note: We have a hybrid approach and work in the office 3 days a week, based in our offices near the Metro Centre in Gateshead or the city centre in Leeds.

The role

You\’ll be responsible for:

  1. Coordinating and managing the successful delivery of a wide range of digital marketing campaigns for clients across various sectors.
  2. Coordinating the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for our clients and maximise the impact we have on their businesses.
  3. Managing client and stakeholder expectations throughout the full lifespan of the campaigns by effectively communicating performance updates alongside commercial insights.
  4. Building trusted relationships with client contacts, understanding their market and business needs, and being able to proactively identify new opportunities that will drive growth.
  5. Owning budget management from estimating to invoicing (via Accounts) and monitoring time utilisation, ensuring all information is recorded accurately in the CRM system.
  6. Ensuring Service Orders are agreed and POs are raised and supplied in a timely manner.
  7. Assessing client satisfaction and action changes where necessary.

The person

Ideally you\’ll have:

  1. A minimum of two years’ experience in a client-facing or strategic role, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
  2. Experience working with digital marketing channels including PPC and SEO.
  3. A friendly style and natural ability to build trusted relationships.
  4. An aptitude for solving problems and the confidence to influence and engage in the decision-making process.
  5. Excellent organisation skills; able to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple clients.
  6. Great commercial and analytical skills, able to articulate insights clearly and confidently.
  7. A strong desire to learn by continually training and pursuing personal development opportunities.
  8. A great attitude and willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive team spirit.
  9. A passion to train and share skills with other team members and departments.
