Estate Agent Sales Negotiator – Knowle, Solihull – £25.5k basic plus commission

My client is a leading independent estate agency with an impressive reputation built over many years. They are seeking an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team. Your responsibilities will include registering applicants, booking and conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and managing sales progression. The company prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service by combining traditional values, modern technology, and a passion for people and property.

Main Duties:

1. Arranging and conducting property viewings
2. Negotiating sales
3. Understanding potential buyers\’ requirements and matching them with suitable properties
4. Managing sales progression when required

Experience Required:

1. Recent experience as an Estate Agent
2. A passion for providing excellent customer service
3. Well presented
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Full UK driving license and access to a car

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm, and Saturdays on a rota, 9am – 4pm, with a day off in lieu.
