The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Location: Hybrid working (must be commutable to Stoke Prior office)

Salary: Highly Competitive

This is a part time position - 22.5 hours Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. 2 days will be 9am - 5pm and 1 will be 10am - 7pm.

Capstone Foster Care is an independent fostering agency, helping our foster children build brighter futures. You will have the unique opportunity to work for a company that is owned by its employees, as an Employee Ownership Trust. As a Fostering Advisor you will be our first point of contact for people enquiring about becoming a foster carer. You will expertly guide them through our recruitment process, providing a positive and personal customer journey.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Fostering/social care industry experience would be ideal but this is not essential
  • Essential is the ability to work independently to schedule calls, take enquiries and provide excellent, informative customer service throughout the initial fostering enquiry
  • Experience in sales or a targeted customer service role
  • A warm, personable individual who can communicate with a vast cross section of our communities
  • Ability to work from home
