We are a well-established, independent, and ambitious firm of RICS Building Surveyors seeking an experienced Residential Surveyor to conduct Level 3 and Level 2 home surveys. The role is based in Oxfordshire or surrounding areas, with the patch tailored to the candidate's location. This position offers an excellent opportunity for work–life balance and flexibility.
Our experienced typing team supports surveyors to minimize desk time and administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on surveying. Allcott Associates has a strong reputation in the residential surveying market, specializing in providing detailed Level 3 and Level 2 surveys for private clients purchasing homes in Banbury, Abingdon, Oxford, Bicester, and nearby areas. Our approach emphasizes the building's pathology, customizing each survey to the property rather than using tablets and standard paragraphs. We leverage our in-house expertise to provide diagnoses and advice, reducing the need for third-party investigations.
