We are seeking a Client Engagement Manager/Principal (m/f/d) to lead client projects in experience consulting, digital value creation, and business transformation. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to steer major digitalization initiatives across various industries (e.g., media and technology). Your responsibilities include managing project success, fostering clarity in complex environments, establishing governance frameworks, and supporting scalable transformation efforts. This is a full-time role with hybrid flexibility, requiring regular on-site presence in London for team collaboration, with partial remote work possible. In this role, you will: Serve as the primary interface between MVP Factory/Ness and the client\’s senior leadership Take full responsibility for project outcomes, budgets, and client satisfaction Lead a growing project team of senior consultants and engineering managers (team size to grow to 15+) Develop and execute roadmaps to identify and manage core, duplicate, and obsolete software across enterprises Design and implement governance structures to support sustainable tool management and decision-making Oversee cross-functional teams to gather insights, align requirements, and drive consensus Assist stakeholders in defining success metrics and tracking progress Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions for alignment Create detailed consolidation playbooks with prioritization and execution guidelines Present findings and recommendations to executive audiences Ensure transparency, accountability, and momentum throughout project lifecycles Qualifications and skills: 5+ years experience managing large-scale digital transformation or IT consolidation programs, preferably in top-tier consultancies Experience with media, publishing, or technology industries is a plus Comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and managing complex enterprise relationships Strategic, execution-focused, able to clarify ambiguity and drive action Proficient with enterprise SaaS landscapes and common tooling challenges Skilled in change management, governance, and business case development Familiar with agile methodologies and structured project management Excellent communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery Based in London or Berlin preferred; occasional travel across Europe may be required Career growth opportunities: Lead future digital consulting and innovation projects in the media and technology sectors Join the MVPF extended leadership team Why join MVP Factory/Ness?
