The Planet Group has recently partnered with an innovative computer game studio that is seeking a talented Workday Financial Systems Analyst to join the team in Manchester! This role will be an integral part of the Finance and Workday teams and will work collaboratively to support the final deployment and then ongoing maintenance and improvements of the Workday Finance modules including Core Finances, Procurement, Expenses, and, eventually, Adaptive Planning. What does a Workday Financial Systems Analyst do: Advises the Finance team on design, processes, and setup, and develops and maintains our various modules and integrations. Assists in the creation of User Stories and Functional and Non-Functional requirements to set delivery objectives. Owns and ensures the integrity of Finance data by developing audit reports; ensures compliance by researching and correcting discrepancies. Main PoC for all Finance modules, and consults with Finance team on the selection, application, and implementation of metrics. Supports testing efforts for ongoing and recurring events, assists in security administration tasks and contributes to security design discussions. Collaborates with management in creating training materials related to Workday Finances, identifies areas requiring change management and prepares appropriate plans and communication strategies. What do we expect from our Workday Financial Systems Analyst: Proven experience maintaining and improving Workday Finances. Collaborative team member who works with all levels of administration in various departments. Deployment of Workday Finance modules a big plus.
