Property Manager Opportunity – South London

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of properties in South East London. If you’ve got at least 12 months of property management experience and are ready to take on a new challenge, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Location : Norbury Office, London
⏳ Contract : Full-time, Permanent
⏰ Hours : Monday – Friday (9am – 5:30pm) 1-2 day work from home after training.
Salary : £27,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + bonuses

Oversee tenancy progressions, ensuring smooth transitions and full compliance with financial, rental, and legal matters.
Manage maintenance issues and coordinate projects to ensure properties are well-maintained.
Lead inspections, advise landlords on property conditions, and handle end-of-tenancy procedures.
Minimum 12 months of property management experience.
Proven ability to manage a portfolio of properties and handle maintenance, compliance, and tenant relations.
