The role is based from their Marlow office on a hybrid working pattern — 3 days per week in the office is essential . Candidates must be fully committed to regular in-office collaboration to build strong connections and work closely with leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead and optimise HR operations across multiple countries Oversee benefits and pension scheme management to ensure compliance and best practice Partner closely with local country managers and global HR teams Streamline onboarding, HR systems, and process improvements Line management of a small HR support team The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Significant experience in international HR operations Strong knowledge of benefits and pension schemes across multiple regions Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workday) A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused mindset CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) Prior experience in the pharma, biotech, or regulated industries is highly advantageous Why Apply?
