The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing client requirements, overseeing inspections, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies. Undertake various surveys and site inspections. Prepare and produce specifications for works, tender documents, and contracts. Coordinate members of the design team and liaise with project stakeholders. Act as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator, ensuring smooth project execution. Conduct site visits, assessments, and develop projections for future work. Draft and refine reports, contracts, budgets, and other critical documents. Analyse site activities and prepare progress reports on project timelines, quality, and costs. Provide guidance and act in accordance with the Party Wall Etc Act as an appointed surveyor. Advise on CDM Regulations and fulfil duties as a Principal Designer. Skills & Qualifications Must be Chartered Minimum of 5 years industry experience Understanding of JCT Contracts and Contract Administration duties. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards. Why Join Us?
