We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a proven track record of supporting at Board level. The role involves managing both professional and personal aspects of the MD's daily schedule, travel, deadlines, and executive responsibilities.
Develop and maintain the annual Board calendar, including meeting schedules, agenda planning, and tracking deadlines.
Travel Management
Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation for the MD and Board Directors as required. Ensure cost-effective, efficient, and seamless travel coordination.
Build trusted relationships across the business, acting as a reliable, professional, and composed representative of the MD's office.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
