We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a proven track record of supporting at Board level. The role involves managing both professional and personal aspects of the MD's daily schedule, travel, deadlines, and executive responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the annual Board calendar, including meeting schedules, agenda planning, and tracking deadlines.
- Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation for the MD and Board Directors as required.
- Ensure cost-effective, efficient, and seamless travel coordination.
- Build trusted relationships across the business, acting as a reliable, professional, and composed representative of the MD's office.
