The Role Executive Search Associate
As an Executive Search Associate , youll play a central role in the end-to-end search process. From mapping out markets and engaging top talent to building long-term client relationships and helping make key hiring decisions, youll become a trusted advisor from day one.
Youll Be

• Conducting market research and talent mapping across financial services and alternative investments
• Interviewing and assessing high-calibre candidates
• Collaborating with senior consultants on live mandates and long-term talent strategies
• Supporting the development of client relationships through data-driven insights
• Becoming an expert in an ever-evolving, high-growth industry
