Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Nurse

Job Description:

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 full and relevant Early Years childcare qualification
• Experience working in a children’s day nursery
• Team leadership experience (for Room Leader role)

Positions Available:

• Senior Nursery Practitioner, Level 3, full-time, £13.90 per hour
• Nursery Practitioner, Level 3, full-time or part-time, up to £13.40 per hour

Location:

Shooting Stars Nursery, 15 Barbourne Terrace, Worcester, WR1 3JR

Hours:

Various permanent options available, with full-time or part-time contracts. Operating hours are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary:

£13.40 to £13.90 per hour

We are looking for:

• Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centric care
• Knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted inspections, and working with children with Special Educational Needs
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
• Ability to build relationships as a Key Person and work in partnership with parents and carers
