Report Developer

Job Function: To develop streamlined and automated reporting and help evolve our Power BI reporting platform. As a trusted data expert, you’ll be responsible for maintaining data quality, implementing best practices for data governance, and ensuring consistency in reporting across the group. You will support key stakeholders by providing clear and accurate reporting that offers insights to empower business decisions. Core Duties: Data: Work closely with IT and Finance to streamline data workflows and improve data collection using new technologies. Monitor and maintain data accuracy, address discrepancies, and implement data validation processes. Collaborate with IT to ensure GDPR compliance and maintain data security protocols. Reporting: Maintain existing reports and develop new ones, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and insightfulness. Support the roll-out of the Power BI platform to unlock data potential and provide visualizations and insights. Handle ad hoc information requests, ensuring a single source of truth, and support Finance in standardization and accuracy. Provide business teams with analytical data and insights to aid decision-making and growth. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power Query, SQL, DAX, Power BI. Experience with API integration. Understanding of relational databases. Strong communication and influencing skills. Proficiency with MS Office. BI user skills and ability to manipulate data.
