In this role, you will be responsible for driving client retention, satisfaction, and growth by ensuring advertisers see measurable success from their campaigns. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of advertiser clients, ensuring successful onboarding, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Develop deep understanding of client goals, use cases, and success metrics to deliver tailored strategies and solutions.
  • Partner with Sales, Analytics, Product, and Media Operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaign objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using first-party consumer purchase data to uncover insights and present results to clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving expansion and renewals through consultative value-add relationships.
  • Provide proactive support and strategic guidance to optimize client performance and satisfaction.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to help shape product development and operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer success, client services, account management, or consulting within AdTech, MarTech, or data-driven SaaS environments.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple high-profile client relationships with strong retention and growth outcomes.
  • Comfort with performance data, KPIs, and reporting tools to distill actionable insights for clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
