Electrical Engineer Hertfordshire £33,000 – £36,000 Our client, a leading Building Services provider, is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a large estate in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company that offers strong internal development, career progression, and continuous training. The role runs Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. You\’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, liaising with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and representing the company professionally on-site. Duties: PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Organising subcontractors Quotations Health & Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work Requirements: City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installations 17th Edition minimum At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance prior Career driven and client facing attitude Salary and Benfits: £33,000 – £36,000 per annum Monday – Friday. 8am – 5pm Company pension Additional training Overtime readily available Internal progression Exposure to a flagship site Join a rapidly growing building service provider TPBN1_UKTJ
