Central Employment are looking to recruit a results driven Sales Account Manager, to join an industry leading distribution organisation based in Teesside.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities using telesales, LinkedIn outreach, and email approaches.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
  • Utilise various platforms and tools to uncover potential clients.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with decision-makers to assess their needs, offer solutions and pricing, and convert to customers.
  • Build and manage your client base by providing ongoing support, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Maximise margins through effective pricing and negotiation, ensuring both competitive offerings and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular check-ins and reviews.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team for continuous improvement of the sales and pricing strategies.
