This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives on taking ownership and wants to work independently while closely collaborating with directors and clients. You’ll step into a key delivery role, helping free up senior leadership to focus on business development while continuing to push design quality at every stage.

  • Oversee multi-disciplinary teams, delegate effectively, and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop compelling design proposals, strong technical packages, and clear presentations
  • Lead on budgets, programmes, health & safety, and construction admin
  • Support wider studio growth and business development when capacity allows

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years+ post-Part 3 experience (or equivalent) — with the confidence to lead
  • Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects across housing, commercial, mixed-use, and urban design
  • Strong experience across all RIBA stages — especially delivery
  • Client-facing with excellent communication and project leadership skills
  • Technically confident with Revit, and ideally experienced in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
  • A visually strong portfolio that communicates clarity, rigour, and design intent
  • A proactive mindset and interest in mentoring junior team members
  • Based in the UK, with full right to work

Why This Role?

  • Take ownership of complex, design-led schemes that shape neighbourhoods and city fabric
  • Work in a tight-knit and collaborative team with room to grow
