Commission: 1st year OTE £40,000, 2nd year OTE £70,000. Unlimited earning potential, people in year three have earned 200K+!
The Role:
- Conduct research via telephone referencing and interviews
- Identify top talent pools and industry performers
- Market mapping
- Engage with prospective hires, providing information about clients and current demands
- Create competitor analyses
- Call references to gather insights about potential candidates and businesses
- Establish a strong network of market sources
- Develop new client connections with full 360-degree exposure, working closely with various clients
