We produce lightweight foams for various markets including sports and leisure, aviation, automotive and healthcare. Zotefoams also owns and licenses patented technology and sells advanced insulation systems

The Company is on a fast growth path, with strong revenue and profitability growth in recent years and ambitious growth plans for the near future.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a commercially focused Sales Manager to lead our EMEA sales efforts, overseeing both strategic business development and day-to-day leadership of the regional sales team. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technical sales environment and brings a passion for developing people, driving performance, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales revenue targets and profitable growth across the EMEA region
  • Lead, support and develop a regional sales team, with a focus on performance, capability and engagement
  • Represent Zotefoams at industry events and trade exhibitions, acting as a brand ambassador
  • Collaborate with marketing to shape and implement effective go-to-market strategies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurturing long-term customer partnerships
  • Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform strategy
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration across commercial, technical and operational teams

What you\’ll need:

  • Strong B2B sales background, with experience managing customer accounts across multiple territories
  • Proven people management or team leadership experience, with a focus on coaching and development
  • Commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering growth and building sustainable customer relationships
  • Flexibility to travel across the EMEA region as required
