We have an exciting opportunity for a Fresh and Retail Standards Manager within our Blakemore Retail division to cover our SPAR stores in the Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire Areas.
A day in the life of...
As the Fresh & Retail Standards Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Fresh & Retail Standards Coaches to drive operational excellence, compliance, and consistency across Fresh & Retail categories. You will support store teams and Regional Operations Managers in optimising performance, enhancing the customer experience, and increasing sales. Working closely with franchise partners (Greggs & Subway), suppliers, and internal teams, you will ensure brand integrity and operational efficiency. With a passion for retail, you will collaborate with store teams to embed core retail principles - Brilliant Basics, Moments of Wow, Food for Later, and Food for Now - delivering an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining full compliance with food safety, trading standards, and health & safety regulations.
