Our client is seeking a proactive, confident, and communicative Application Support Consultant with strong Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central knowledge. This role offers hybrid working flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to both operational support and post-go-live consultancy activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for NAV / D365 Business Central users, investigating and resolving incidents in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, escalate issues where necessary, and manage customer handovers effectively.
- Create and update user-facing documentation and deliver knowledge transfer to key users.
- Collaborate closely with project teams during hypercare and transition to support phases.
- Deliver remote end-user training and keep teams informed of product developments and functionality.
- Assist with consultancy activities post-go-live, including best practice guidance and system optimisation.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Demonstrable experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central applications.
- Strong customer service focus and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with common third-party applications used alongside D365 BC.
- Experience working in a support desk environment and responding proactively to issues.
- Exceptional documentation and presentation skills.
- Confidence delivering virtual training sessions to end-users.
- MB-800 certification is highly desirable but not essential.
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with a strong analytical mindset and collaborative approach.
