An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist with well-rounded clinical experience to join our established Care Community Team based in Ellesmere Port. We are looking for an individual who can prioritise, think on their feet and utilise their clinical skills and knowledge in a creative way to support our patients to optimise their independence in their own environment. Excellent communication skills are key.

As this role involves the assessment and treatment of patients in their own environment, access to transport for work purposes is also essential. Part time - 17 hours per week fixed term for 9 months (Working hours between 9-5, flexible days).

  • The assessment and treatment of patients in their own environment.
  • Using a wide variety of assessment and therapeutic treatment techniques to diagnose and treat patients with a variety of clinical presentations, often complex.
  • To provide supervision and support to junior and support staff.
  • To be an active member of the Care Community Team, working closely with professionals from a number of professional groups and across organisations.
