Owen Reed is looking to recruit a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal for a top law firm in Romford.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a very experienced Paralegal used to running their own caseload from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a passion for serving clients and a desire to expand his or her in-depth knowledge of Conveyancing. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional with outstanding communication and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be responsible for a high volume caseload in Residential Conveyancing
- Have strong IT skills – proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/Case Management Systems
- Have excellent communication and drafting skills
- Have experience in working under pressure
- Possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and with other legal professionals and also independently to a high level
- Have experience in drafting client care letters/forms/contracts/raising enquiries and reporting on Title
- Fluency in one or more additional languages (other than English) is a plus
