Overview of the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Creative Marketing Designer to join our Global Trade Marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Global Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting global marketing initiatives through the development of high-quality, visually compelling creative assets. Your work will drive engagement, boost conversion, and reinforce brand identity across retail, spa, distributor, and D2C channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design execution for campaigns & launches: Develop visually impactful assets for product launches and marketing campaigns. Deliverables include in-store POS materials, emails, web banners, social media ads, and sales collateral such as trade presentations, cheat sheets, training documents, and product launch toolkits.
- Retailer brand room & product pages: Collaborate with the Brand team to audit and enhance retailer brand rooms and product pages.
- Support for retail & D2C channels: Provide creative support for the Retail and D2C teams by resizing assets and creating digital campaign materials.
- Visual merchandising development: Contribute to enhancing the brand’s in-store and spa presence by designing compelling visual merchandising concepts and displays.
- Brand consistency: Uphold global brand guidelines across all produced assets.
- Project & workflow management: Manage incoming briefs and maintain an organized workflow schedule.
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years experience in Design
- Fluent in standard Adobe Creative Cloud packages: Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
- Strong creative design and proof-reading skills.
- Good knowledge of Powerpoint design.
- Experience of working in a similar role within beauty/wellness field is desirable.
Personal Qualities
- You will be a self-starter working across multiple teams.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for health & wellness/aromatherapy industry.
You will have to commute to Head Office in Brentford, Middlesex 2-3 days per week.
