Taking ownership of capital expenditure controls, reporting, budgeting and approvals across the group. What will the Capex Accountant role involve?
- Managing the end-to-end capex and hire purchase accounting process
- Monitoring spend vs forecast
- Budget and track ROI over a 3 year period
- Fixed asset register maintenance and month-end reporting
- Integrating acquired businesses into group accounting processes
- Collaborating with stakeholders across finance, IT, and fleet teams
Suitable Candidate for the Capex Accountant vacancy:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Strong IFRS 16 knowledge
- Previous experience with CapEx and hire purchase reporting
