We are currently working with our client, a healthcare organisation based in the West of England, who are looking for a new Interim Deputy Chief Nurse. This role is looking to start ASAP and will be for circa 9 months. The Interim Deputy Chief Nurse job will ideally be performed on a full-time basis. Regarding remuneration, this role falls inside IR35 and is band 9, preferably via a Fixed Term Contract. In addition, the successful candidate would be expected to have some weekly on-site presence.
Job Role - Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, key duties will include:
- Supporting the organisation by providing stability to the care groups
- Assisting the organisation with improving their services
The Person - Successful candidates will need to have worked a similar role previously. A senior leadership Nursing background of working for an NHS organisation would be very desirable for this role. The postholder will be expected to be RMN or RGN.
