We are looking to recruit an Administrator to work in our Jersey office. This role involves various duties, including:

  • Responding to customer queries promptly
  • Supporting our sales and service teams through accurate data entry and systems management
  • Regular interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Running system reports to display all new orders and back order reports
  • Placing stock orders with manufacturers via online systems, ensuring accuracy in items and pricing
  • Managing suppliers regarding stock delivery dates, updating systems with back order information as needed
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Resolving invoice queries from manufacturers and distributors
  • Addressing questions about stock availability and order status
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and relationships
  • Performing other tasks as directed by the line manager
  • Owning and maintaining data accuracy in the Apogee Remote Management Application
  • Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, or Zoom
  • Monitoring and updating customer service portals
  • Logging support and consumable requests
  • Coordinating with customer contacts
  • Generating and analysing service reports in Excel
  • Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through various interactions
