We are looking to recruit an Administrator to work in our Jersey office. This role involves various duties, including:
- Responding to customer queries promptly
- Supporting our sales and service teams through accurate data entry and systems management
- Regular interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
- Running system reports to display all new orders and back order reports
- Placing stock orders with manufacturers via online systems, ensuring accuracy in items and pricing
- Managing suppliers regarding stock delivery dates, updating systems with back order information as needed
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Resolving invoice queries from manufacturers and distributors
- Addressing questions about stock availability and order status
- Collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and relationships
- Performing other tasks as directed by the line manager
- Owning and maintaining data accuracy in the Apogee Remote Management Application
- Handling customer inquiries via email, phone, or Zoom
- Monitoring and updating customer service portals
- Logging support and consumable requests
- Coordinating with customer contacts
- Generating and analysing service reports in Excel
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through various interactions
