We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Communications Manager to support the execution and optimisation of marketing processes and deliverables. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational efficiency across campaigns, managing the trafficking inbox, supporting project workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Operations Management: Reviewing existing processes, recommend improvements and deliver the development, documentation, and optimisation of marketing workflows and processes. Ensure timely task tracking and status updates in project management systems. Monitoring volumes of requests received/day versus capacity and adjusting turnaround times if needed.
- Inbox & Trafficking Management: Monitor and manage the marketing trafficking inbox, routing incoming requests to appropriate team members. Triage, prioritise, and track tasks to ensure efficient response times and alignment with deadlines. Ensure updated content is correctly filed and stored as required.
- Marketing Communications Support: Develop and manage communication and campaigns to support marketing initiatives and support the commercial teams. Coordinate the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing collateral (brochures, customer upsell comms, quote documents, event materials, etc.). Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines, compliant and version control standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing colleagues, creative, business partners, and external vendors to support campaign deliverables. Act as a liaison to streamline communications between teams. Regular meetings with key business partners to ensure support still meets their requirements. Weekly liaison with business support teams and attendance of weekly onboarding meetings during renewals period to represent marketing and update as required.
- Marketing Technology & Reporting Support: Maintain marketing operations tools such as project management software, asset libraries, and content calendars. Providing reporting to management on volume and type of requests received on a monthly basis. Team lead for consumer duty reporting and team training. Team Financial Promotions reporting and processes.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, marketing communications experience or related roles.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing systems eg. Salesforce, Eloqua, Knowledge Exchange & Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with brand, compliance and marketing collateral workflows.
