About the Role: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mid-Market Housing Manager to join Home Group's dedicated housing team. As a Housing Manager, you will be the face-to-face support for our communities, delivering excellent service and engaging with residents to improve their living environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and the community through visibility and proactive estate management.
  • Manage multiple patches and neighborhoods, supported by Housing Assistants.
  • Handle arrears, voids, and anti-social behaviour, ensuring KPI targets are met.
  • Coordinate with legal partners regarding tribunal cases and liaise with stakeholders and local authorities.
  • Conduct estate inspections, engage with contractors, and perform safety and compliance checks.
  • Support factored owners and collaborate with the Factored Housing Manager as needed.

About You:

  • Experience in housing management, understanding of housing law, and familiarity with Universal Credit preferred.
  • Letting Agent Qualification required, with at least one year's experience preferred.
  • Organized, proactive, with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Resilient, confident in working with external partners, and able to handle challenging situations.
  • Ability to work primarily in the community, with some office and home working.

Additional Information:

  • This role is hybrid, with an average of 3 days in community patches in Glasgow.
  • Flexible working hours and occasional evening work are required.
  • Must have a vehicle insured for business purposes; mileage paid.
  • Standard DBS check required; paid for by us.
